On Island One, you go out to the right, surf over the water and follow the trail up.
1st island
Surf North from One Island and just keep heading upwards until you reach it. You may need Strength/Rock Smash too.

∙ 15y agoTo get Moltres you need HM4 Strength, HM6 Rock Smash, and HM3 Surf. Go to One Island, and all the way to the right until you reach water. Surf to the north and you will see land. Continue to go north until you hit water again. Then, Surf north again until you reach land. Go up and move the boulders. Continue to go up and you will enter Mt. Ember. Good Luck!

∙ 13y agoIf you have made it to one island all you need to do is use Surf and go north. If you haven't yet then defeat the seventh gym leader at cinnibar island then Bill will show up asking you if you want to go see his friend on an island faraway say Yes and he will take you to one island now you can go to mt ember.

∙ 12y agoOK. First you have to have at least 60
Pokemon in youre pokedex. Go to oak, and he will give you the national pokedex. After that, go to mount ember on 1 island. Go to the place where the two team rocket people are. They will be blocking a cave. Then when you go neer them they will start talking. You will hear 1 of the rocket warehouse passwords ( the rocket warehouse is a whole different story, no time for that now). Then they will notice you and battle you. After you beat them, the will go away and tell you not to go inside. Go inside and go down one of the paths. You will need HM strength. After you go down one of the paths, you will find the Ruby. Take it to cecilio and he will give you the rainbow pass, which enables you to go to 4,5,6 and 7 islands.

∙ 13y agoThe secret place only appears after obtaining the national pokedex upgrade, two rocket grunts to the right of the entrance of mt ember will dig up the secret place you must defeat the rocket's to enter the cave.
