No PineSol wont damage Terrazzo.
They get sick and you better take it to a vet or it might die.
You are basicly making MUstard Gas, Hydrocloric acid in the toilet cleaner and amonia in the Pinesol. It can drop you like a rock if in high enough concentrations.
