This box just covers the electrical system. It is not anything mysterious or amazing. This is where you would go if things weren't working with the electric in the van.

There are two of them, one under the drivers seat and the other under the hood, drivers side, down about 8 inches or so. It looks like a rectangular plastic black back with annoying plastic clips holding the lid on.
There are 2 fuse boxes: one under the hood on the drivers side, and the other is under the drivers seat... they both have black plastic covers that can be removed without tools.

There are four hex head nuts that are under a plastic cap at each corner of the seat. Slide the plastic cap off and take off nut and pull seat upwards. Pretty easy removal for this seat.

on a 2003-2006 There are 2; one is under the steering column (small panel with a turn lock plastic screw), and the other is on the LH side of the drivers seat base (black plastic panel visible when the door is open). On a 2007 one is located under the bottom lower left corner of the dash, accesibly by turning a plasitc screw and opening a little door. The other is located on the outside of of the drivers seat frame.
