Electrons
Electrons
Electrons are in the cloud of negatively charged particles that surrounds an atom.
electrons
Yes, there are negatively charged atoms. In each atom, there are protons, which are positively charged, neutrons, which are neutrally charged (neither positive or negative), and lastly electrons, the negatively charged particles that travel outside of each atom in an electron cloud. So yes, there are negatively charged particles in each atom.
.The electron is a subatomic particle that carries a negative electrical charge.(The proton carries a positive charge, and the neutron carries no charge.)In the atom the electron is negatively charged.
As the bottom part of the cloud is lifted higher in an up drift, the water particles freeze as the air is colder. Down drifts then push those particles back down passing the water going up and in that passing electrons are stripped of their charge resulting in the bottom of the cloud being negatively charged.
