If it's an animal it's considered meat, once it's slaughtered. Seafood and poultry are both meat, there wouldn't be any point in saying "red" meat if it were the only kind of meat. Things like lard and gelatin are also meat cause they're actual parts of animals.Also, unlike the previous answer said, a vegetarian who eats fish isn't a vegetarian at all. That's what's called a pescetarian.
