not much in full body but needed in arms and legs
With basketball you build endurance. When you have indurance you don't get tired when playing as much .
Push ups will help to build up your arm muscles and help stabilise your core.
I signed up for life indurance in September and have not gotten my policy. How long does it take to receive a policy ?
In order to become a great midfielder, you need to have indurance. This is the main key to play this position. Besides indurance, you need to be smart and quick. You need to make smart decisons with and without the ball. You have to create plays by passing to a teammate, then running open to continue the play. For this to happen, you need to become a good at passing. Also, do not forget to be aggressive!!! If you practice, you will obtain all of these great abilities. Good luck!
some athletes use stimulants to feel more awake and feel as if it increases there indurance. also use to help them loose weight.
They would be much the same as for any field game. Stamina, strength, speed, good mobility etc. are all needed. It is a fast and physical sport. Also important would be time spent in training in the skills of the game.
it depends. if u wanna expand ur indurance. burn calories faster. lets say u can run 4 minutes without stopping if u want to run like 8 minutes without stopp i would run 4 2 minutes and walk for 2. if you just wanna lose weight 20 minutes is about good .
To become a faster corner you are going to need to run alot of wind sprints. If you are up to it try doing so with a weighted vest. Also do alot of sled starts (pulling weight behind you on a sled). Do not do alot of distance running that will get you fantastic cardio but if you run more than a few miles at a time your muscles will turn into slow twitch instead of fast twitch which means you will have indurance but not explosive speed which you need as a corner.

An athlete training at a high altitude will perform better than one who trains at a low altitude because of increased lung capacity. At a higher altitude there is less oxygen, so an athlete that trains at a higher altitude will use air more efficiently.
