I don't know what or if there is a term regarding this but I do know that the minor doesn't have to answer any of the questions the police officer asks. You have the right to remain silent even if the police officer has authority. It's not a law that you must answer all questions the police officer asks you.
No it isn't the child must be 16 (i think)
If you are being arrested, you should be read your Miranda rights. Up to that point, the officer may ask you questions without reading you your rights. You are not obligated to answer any questions beyond identifying yourself.
I don't think they can, even if they are law enforcements, it would be wrong for a Police officer to do that.
Yes
It will depend on the state in question. Many states require school attendance until age 18. The lowest age is 16.
yes, although normally a social worker would do that.
Of course. Since a 16 year old can commit a crime without their parent's attendance, they can also be arrested without their parents. Whether or not they can be questioned is a different matter and should be researched locally if necessary.
Can you clarify your questions? What type of care are you speaking of? Daycare? What state are you in?
In the state of Texas can a police officer go to the school and question a minor student without their parents
No where without parental consent and attendance.
As long as you are living with your parents, they can and will comment. If you don't want them asking questions, move out, get a job, and support yourself.
A child without parents is an orphan.
