According to the primary level science the object which emit their own light are the luminous object.....
because there is no light for it to reflect off
How much more light does the sun give off than an object with the least apparent magnitude that can be viewed by the naked eye
what causes stars to give off heat and light is when the poporazzi abushes them and they get really mad...that would be the heat. and the flashes form the cameras would be the light
Cast and form shadows: -Cast shadows are just typical shadows that are created when light is blocked by an object. -Form shadows are the shadows that are on the object and away from the light source. Usually, in painting, cast shadows are used to give an object a more realistic and 3D look to them.
According to the primary level science the object which emit their own light are the luminous object.....
Objects which do not give out light can still reflect light.
If an object gives off light, it is a luminous object. The luminous object gives off its energy and we see it. If you shine light on an object, it is an illuminated object, it just reflects the light back into your eyes.
A black hole
It is a non luminous object because it does not give out it's own light !
Fluorescent light bulbs have a gas inside of them called Mercury. The way that the light bulb works is that it uses electricity to "excite" the mercury atoms. This causes the mercury atoms to give of short wave ultraviolet light. this causes a phosphor which is any substance that can illuminate to fluoresce or emit light.
Anthropomorphism.
because there is no light for it to reflect off
Bioluminessence. Chemicals within their bodies react and produce light.
A luminous object is something that emits/gives off light - eg sun, star, light bulb, A non-luminous object is something that doesnt have/give off its own light - eg moon, diamond, wood. Non-luminous objects can only be seen because they reflect light, which is given off by luminous objects.
Sex
It is an object which allows light partially through it, when seen through does not give a clear image of the object being looked at. For example ; Frosted Glass
