I think you are talking about a soliloquy.
A 'One-Way Conversation' is a conversation with usually just 2 people, (but can be more), in which one person dominates the conversation. The 1' person will talk, and talk, and talk, and not the other person say anything. The '1 person doing all the talking is usually talking about themselves. Did this help you? im not sure if this is the one but if your talking about the one where a person is holding something in both arms and is standing on one lag with the other up, it is Hinduism.

It's called a monologue. A dialogue is two or more. If the character is talking to his/her self then it is called a soliloquy. An example is Hamlet's soliloquy "To be or not to be that is the question ........."
