Genetic Engineering
Organisms that produce food are called producers.
It is called a consumer.
Sporophyte
A heterotroph, or consumer.
It is called single celled when it DOES produce its own food and multi celled when it can't produce its own food.
Genetic engineering. It involves modifying the genetic material of an organism by adding, removing, or changing specific genes to produce desired characteristics. This can be done to create organisms with useful traits, such as increased disease resistance or improved nutrient production.
organism which cannot produce food by its own are called heterotrophs
An asexual cell.
An organism that can't produce its own food is called a heterotroph. Heterotrophs rely on consuming other organisms for energy and nutrients rather than producing their own through photosynthesis or chemosynthesis.
An organism that uses energy to produce its own food supply from inorganic compounds is called an autotroph (within a food chain, it is a producer).
This process is called binary fission. It is a type of asexual reproduction.
An organism that requires oxygen for its survival and metabolism is called an aerobic organism. These organisms rely on oxygen to produce energy through aerobic respiration.
