Have been with Excel long distance service for at least 20 years and NOW for the past 4 weeks I have not been able to make long distance calls I have called and called and called they said that it was with my local phone company they have come out and even put a new phone in BUT they said it was not them it was Excel. I have done all I know to do. Called once again this AM and they assured me someone would call me back soon and that has been hours ago DOES ANYONE KNOW how I can get someone to get this problem FIXED without having to change long distance carrier??
