Desalination
When water slowly turns into water vapor, this is called evaporation.
It is a physical change because the boiling water will turn into steam (process called gas), and in reverse it will turn into water again (process called condensation). It will be the same substance all the time
When it's frozen it's turned into a solid called ice.
You use flowing water to turn a turbine. Or you heat water and turn it into steam which is used to turn a turbine. You use flowing water to turn a turbine. Or you heat water and turn it into steam which is used to turn a turbine.

water is a liquid but water vapours is steam... when we boil water it will turn into steam which is called water vapours...
The water is called..... Nothing! When the water hits 100*C, it will start to turn into gas as the atoms spread out apart more. The water is practically called gas! But if you poured boiling water into a cup, and put a cold drink overtop, the gas atoms are trapped, and start to get wishy washy, and turn into water again. Clear? Helpful? :)
