It probably means you hurt it, if not, it must be infected. Infections have to see a doctor, or it can lead to something serious.
Or, you have Allergies to something. Maybe you've blown your nose to much, or hit your nose, I don't know. Think of what has happened to you- and that nose of yours- that could cause this. (Also, there's no bone in your nose. It's called cartilage)
