Generally, any person who believes in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and the provider of eternal Salvation is a Christian. Christians also believe in The Bible as God's word, although different Christians use different versions of the Bible, most commonly the King James, New International, or Douay-Rheims versions (the last one is mostly used by Catholics).

Some Christians believe that there are additional requirements to be a Christian, including baptism, declaration of belief in various creeds (such as the Nicene Creed or Apostles Creed), church affiliation, or obedience to various Biblical commandments.

What Christian religion does not believe in the Virgin Mary?

The question is an oxymoron. To be considered a true Christian one must subscribe to a belief in the Nicene Creed which states ".........for our salvation, came down from heaven, and was incarnate by the Holy Ghost of the Virgin Mary, and was made man." So, if a cult or an individual does not believe in the Virgin Mary, one can not be considered to be a Christian.

Are Latter-day Saints (โ€œMormonsโ€) Christians?

I think they would call themselves Christians. However for a person to be a true Christian you MUST believe that Jesus is both God and Man. Two natures in one person. This is very clear in the Bible. A person must believe that through faith in Jesus is the ONLY way to heaven. To qualify as a Christian, you must believe in Jesus, that he is the son of God, and that he made the ultimate sacrifice and gave his life so that we may have the opportunity to repent, and be forgiven. Many people believe Jesus and his Father are ONE, I happen to believe they are always ONE in purpose But are separate beings. I think Both beliefs qualify you as a Christian. Thus, personal prayer and study are the only " MUST " in this situation.

Are you a super Christian?

I myself am not a super Christian. But really, there is no such thing as a super Christian. A person who might be considered by others to be a "super" Christian, is really just a Christian. "Christian", from the Greek, Christianos, means "little Christ", or "Christ-like". To be truly a Christian, or simply a follower of Christ, one must obey Him and follow His example, to the utmost. In other words, its the goal of every believer to be a "super" Christian.

What Christian teachings must meet social approval before they can be absolute?

All of them. Nothing can be absolute if only half, two-thirds, or only 99% of the population believe it; the other part has to be considered as well.

What does the line 'We believe in the Holy Spirit' in the Apostle's Creed mean?

The Apostle's Creed is a collection of Christian doctrine. It contains the beliefs of Christian churches in the most basic form. Many would say that in order to be considered a true Christian Church that said church must hold the beliefs contained within the creed. The line "We believe in the Holy Spirit" means just that. The church saying the creed upholds the belief that the Holy Spirit is the third member of the Trinity and is something to be believed in just as Jesus is something to believe in.

Do you believe that Jesus is the Son of God?

This depends. A Christian may believe so, but an atheist or another religion may not. It is a question you must answer for yourself based on study of scriptures.

In some jurisdictions, a dying declaration is admissible in court even if the person does not die.
