First of all, let me correct the words with in this question. It should be "Jeevatma" & "paramatma". Jeevatma is anyone living on this planet - One who has "Jeev" (Soul). All Jeevatma are prone to die one day. On the other hand, Paramatma is like almighty GOD and has no visible presence on the planet. But he is everywhere. You should have ability to feel him which is quite difficult to achieve. It is also said that paramatma is the ultimate stage for any human being which brings him "Mukti" (No more births & deaths !).
