Romeo is a Montague, and Juliet is a Capulet. The two families have a habit of viewing each other as enemies, due to an "ancient grudge" of some kind. The thing is, Juliet cannot think of Romeo as an enemy, as she is in love with him. This makes her upset, but not for long.
When Juliet finds out that Romeo is a Montague, she expresses her inner conflict by saying "My only love sprung from my only hate!" This shows her distress over falling in love with someone from the rival family.
She is conflicted. "My only love sprung from my only hate."
She says, "My only love sprung from my only hate!"
She is temporarily conflicted. "My only love sprung from my only hate!"

When Romeo finds out about Juliet's death, he decides to take his own life. He plans to go to her tomb and drink poison to be with her in death.
She does not see Romeo at first. She feels him hold her hand and hears his voice before she sees him. Her response is to his voice, not his appearance.

(He picks a fight with Mercutio and kills him. Romeo takes revenge for his friend and kills Tybalt. That is why Romeo is banished from Verona)
