How kanban works?
A Kanban system is a means to achieve Just-in-time (JIT) production. It works on the basis that each process on a production line pulls just the number and type of components the process requires, at just the right time You can have JIT without Kanban But cannot have Kanban with JIT

Fifth, since you have the daily production speed, you can calculate as in the fifth, and you get quantity of the pallets and quantify of the Cards that will be in the production cell before reordering. Seventh, now you get the total numbers of the Cards as well as the pallets needed. Note. You can add several cards as safety stock.
