Ketupat is a type of dumpling. It is made by wrapping rice in woven coconut leaves and then boiled until it is cooked. It is usually eaten with rendang but also used as accompaniment of Satay or Gado-gado. Ketupat is one of the most popular dishes served during the Hari Raya.
