You can't. Litre is a unit of volume. Kg is a unit of weight. However, 1 litre of pure water weighs 1 kilogram. 1 cubic metre of pure water weighs 1 tonne. Its density is therefore = to 1 kg / metre cubed. 1 cubic metre of sea water is typically 1.025 kg/ metre cubed. It is therefore heavier than fresh water. If you want to know how much a litre of a particular fluid wieghs, you need to know its density.
A typical answer is: 1 liter of water "weighs" 1 kilogram but in case of other liquid it would be variant depending on liquid density
Litres are a unit of volume. Kilograms are a unit of mass. The two cannot be converted between themselves without an intervening density.

For water and aqeous solutions, use the fact that the density of water is 1 kilogram per 1 liter. So, whatever amount you have in kg is the same value in liters. Example: 2,349 kg is 2,349 liters.
You cannot convert a kilogram which measures mass into liters which measures volume.
This cannot be sensibly answered. A litre is a measure of volume, kg is a measure of weight or mass.

You can't. One is a measure of mass (amount of matter) and the other a measure of volume (how much room it takes up).

Kilograms can't be converted to liters. Kilograms measure mass, while liters measure volume.

W/o knowing the density - you can't. Kg is mass and ml is volume, there's no direct conversion available.
