Presumably, you mean Kirchhoff's Current Law:

The sum of the currents at a point must equal zero.

What this means, is that the current entering a node equals the current leaving a node. i.e.: a node does not store, nor supply current.

example. At the intersection of 3 wires is a node. One wire has current flowing into the node of 3 amps, another wire has current flowing out of the node of 2 amps. What is the current in the 3rd wire?

+3A -2A +xA = 0, therefore, x=-1A. 1 amp of current flows out of the node in the 3rd wire.
