The Bottomless Sea is 49 floors deep. Make sure you bring a lot of Apples and Max Elixirs.
At the bottom is Kyogre. He guards the Aqua-monica. After defeating him, you obtain it. Hopefully, Kyogre will want to join your team right on the spot. It took me three tries.
