∙ 13y agoAn inflammation would be laryngitis. You can also get laryngeal varicosities fron drinking, smoking or chronic reflux esophogitis . Untreated these lesions can become cancerous. And chewing tobacco is the worst, as no matter what , you swallow some . It is a very painful condition, and it makes not only the patient suffer, but drastically affects the people who love these patients. Don't ignore a sore throat that lasts over 2 weeks , especially if you have no cold or flu. Get it looked at, please.
