Answer17 years old.

Effective 08.28.09 the compulsory attendance age was changed to "seventeen years of age or successful completion of sixteen credits towards high school graduation."

The drop-out age for the City of St. Louis recently changed to 17 years of age. There is also currently a bill in the Missouri House that would change the drop-out age in Missouri to 18, although it has not yet been passed. (3/18/09)

The Legal age is 17 years old. And why would you want to drop out of high school anyway?
