Athens is a very nice place to live with most modern European conveniences and really great seafood. Of course, Greece overall has a high level of unemployment, so there is a general agitation among the population that is hard to shake. There is also turmoil from the increasing migration from the Third World that arrives from Turkey and makes its way through Greece.
