A Bobcat loader that will not lift or tilt probably is low on hydraulic fluid. Check the hydraulic fluid and fill to the recommended level.

to the left of the gear lever is a cap with a 1 1/16 bolt head on it. remove that cap and fill there. To check the level the is a small dipstick under the lift on the frame.
Height does not affect capacity.

Engine R.P.M. too slow - Increase engine R.P.M.Excessive load - Material weight exceeds specified loader capacity. Reduce Load.Relief valve setting below specifications. Check and reset relief valve setting as needed.
