Hydrogen. This is because its atomic structure contains one proton, one neutron (or in some cases, no neutrons) and one electron, which are nearly massless particles, due to their size. This lack of subatomic particles results in little to no gravitational pull on it, causing it to float upwards much faster than other gases, such as neon or nitrogen.
