You may be talking about the two large vertebrae (C7 and T1) at the base of your neck in between the tops of your shoulders. (Note: a doctor or chiropractor reading this should verify that that knobby bone that I'm describing is indeed C7 and T1). But since there's no way of knowing exactly what you're referring to, you need to see a doctor immediately. i think i done it when training rest the bar on the top bone when doing squats and it seems to click whenever i move my neck what could it be?
