In human anatomy, the eardrum, or tympanic membrane has two general regions. The larger pars tensa (tense part) region consists of three layers: skin, fibrous tissue, and mucosa. The pars flaccida (loose part) is made of the same tissue but it is missing the fibrous tissue middle layer.
The ear drum is a membrane, called the tympanic membrane.
The eardrum is made of a skin membrane
a perforated ear drum
The outer ear consist of the fleshy organ on the outside of your head, the ear cancal, and the ear drum.
The inner, outer and middle. The outer ear is the bit stuck to the side of your head and the ear canal down to the ear drum. The middle ear is an air-filled cavity behind the ear drum, where the 3 smallest bones in the human body are found. The inner ear is made up of the hearing organ (the cochlea) and the organ responsible for sensing motion and gravity which helps us balance.
I dont know what the ear drum does that is what i am finding out now
ear drum
an ear drum!
An ear drum bursts by water putting pressure on the back of it.
The ear drum will heal but it will leave scar tissue. So you may have slight hearing loss in that ear. There is nothing that will heal the ear drum to its original condition.
Although pythons lack an external ear or ear drum, their skin and bones pick up vibrations and transmit them to a functional inner ear.
Your ear canal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :d
