The executive branch is made up of the President and Vice President. They enforce the laws .
Article I basically makes up the laws, Article II enforces the laws, and Article III interprets the laws and sees that they are fairly applied.
Countries are made up of land, people, government, and laws. The land serves as the physical territory under the jurisdiction of the government, while the people are the residents who are subject to the government's authority. The government establishes and enforces laws to govern the country and maintain order.
The DOJ carries out the laws along with the FBI.
thelegislative branch legislates, or makes up, the laws. The executive branch carrys out and enforces these laws. the judical branch decides what to do if anyone breaks the laws (court)
The federal government of the United States consists of three branches: the Legislative, the Executive, and the Judicial. The Legislative branch makes and ratifies laws, the Executive branch enforces the laws, and the Judicial branch interprets the Constitution and determines whether or not laws are unconstitutional. Each branch is kept in check by the other two using a system of checks and balances.
The Court system. Judges decide on whether the laws mad by the Legislative branch are followed or are legal. the Executive branch enforces the laws.
The Executive Branch does not make new laws. The Executive Branch is made up of the President and the Cabinet members. The Legislative Branch writes new laws.
A president doesn't suggest new laws. Congress does the laws. A president can call up a congressman and ask for a law to be written to address a need.
The government of the United States is made up of three parts: the legislative branch, the executive branch, and the Supreme Court. The legislature passes laws, the executive branch carries out and enforces the law, and the Supreme Court interprets the constitutionality of the law.
The Constitution does create a government with three different branches. The legislative branch makes the laws, the executive branch enforces the laws, and the judicial branch interprets the law.
