Most recently the scare on the harms that chenicals can cause to our skin and more, have brought a flood of products that are being marketed online, claiming to be "all natural" or pure using only plant, tree, and flower essenial oils, stating that some have properties in them to kill bugs, germs, and bacteria's. Manuka oil distributor's, some Herbalist and thier copycat followers, small and some larger company's are claiming with no real labortory or creadible scientific or research data to back it up. that Manuka a tree native to New Zealand is able to kill mites. scabies, other parasites, also killing bacteria's. Tea tree oils are very popular in the "all natural" home remedy world right now. First was euculyptus then the tea tree, now manuka, it seems lemon myrtle is next. The bottom line unfortunately is that most selling or promoting the use of these oils as manuka tree oil, are coping their information from each others articules and sites on the internet.
