There has been some limited use of Marinol to control vomiting in patients undergoing Methotrexate treatments for severe Crohn's but its effects have yet to be well documented. Because appetite suppression is usually a Crohn's patients response to "you eat, you hurt" or "you eat and run to the toilet" treating the Crohn's successfully will in turn treat the lack of appetite.
