Of, course not. First off, Master Chief was kidnapped from his family at the age of 6 in order to be drafted into SPARTAN-II training program. Secondly, the genetic augmentations of the SPARTAN-II rendered their reproductive systems useless. Third, Master Chief was fighting in the war WHILE Noble Six was being trained in the SPARTAN-III program.

A Halo 4, also known as Halo: Reach, will come out in the November of 2010, and no, it will not follow the Master Chief's story. You assume the role of a SPARTAN-III.
yes master chiefs real name is john just read the halo book about planet Reach it will tell you.
it is a rank in the spartan army and John (master chief) is not only the last spartan but he is also the only master chief
Master Chief is most definitely male. In the games, his voice is clearly male, and he is always referred to as male. In addition, the official backstory has him being a boy named "John" prior to him being selected to become a Spartan. Master Chief is a rank not a name, in the halo trilogy the main character is a spartan by the name of John-117 who is a male, but there are female master chiefs.
He is Spartan-117 his real name is john
A true spartan was called a master chief
Yes, there are heaps, but you will only hear about them in the books. Spartan-006: Jai Spartan-058: Linda Spartan-062: Maria Spartan-084: Fhajad Spartan-087: Kelly Spartan-104: Frederick Spartan-111: Adriana Spartan-117: John (Master Chief)
Only a SPARTAN can!
In Halo Wars, there are a number of Spartan II's still alive. Master Chief was a Spartan II, so he may be helping out, but you cannot play as him. However, you can play as other spartans, like Lucy, a sniper, ect. Each spartan has a signature weapon (in campaign), like a spartan laser, a gun turrent, ect.
Spartan 117 is Master Cheif and their is currently no spartan 118 so obviously Master Cheif would be the better spartan because spatan 118 dosent exist come on people get a life talk about history spartans
