Yes, they can make an account if they want to by lying, but that would be against the rules of YouTube's Terms of Service and may result in a permanent ban on YouTube or other temporary account related penalties. YouTube is targeted at users ages 13 and over and is not made for people under the age of 13 due to the content that may appear on YouTube.
You are meant to be 13, You could just lie about your age, You only have 2 years to go.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a YouTube account, as stated in YouTube's Terms of Service. Although, you do not need to be a certain age to view YouTube videos if you're not logged in; YouTube is not responsible for children under 13 who watch videos not suitable for their age as the site is meant for viewers ages 13 and up.
I guess you can only if it doesnt contain nudity and stuff like that....ew but as long as it follows the rules i guess u can.....and u hav to say that u sont own it......or ur account can get suspended or deleted!
No, you need to be 13, but you could get your parents to manage it for you. That way it would be allowed. You should not really lie your age but lots of people do it and they get away with it.
