In a mesh networking, every node of the network is connected with all other nodes of the network. It is normally used for high redundancy of the network.
Wikipedia has a good article on how mesh networking works. Another site that has information on mesh networking is LocustWorld. Project Byzantium and Nexu both have FAQs on mesh networking.

most likely a mesh
A mesh (in relation to Computer Networking) is a special type of network configuration that works by connecting to multiple devices (usually wirelessly but not always) and finding the best path to get to the destination.

Canadian mesh is twice as thick as hard mesh.
Clients in a full mesh have a direct connection with all other clients in the mesh. while a partial mesh does only have some connections with other clients in the mesh.

Monster Mesh and Hard Mesh. Do not use soft mesh cause it can rip easily.
