The Divine Mercy chaplet is prayed at 3 pm. The hours of the clergy, religious, and monasteries, included prayer at midnight, dawn, first, third, sixth, ninth, before supper, and before bed prayer (Matins (Office of Readings), Lauds (Morning Prayer), Prime (suppressed, Terce (Midmorning prayer), Sext (Midday prayer, None (Midafternoon prayer, Vespers (Evening Prayer), and Compline (Night Prayer)): all of which may be used by laypeople. In addition, the Church has always recommended daily prayer for everyone, including morning and evening prayer - prayer just as you get up in the morning and before you go to bed, the daily rosary, etc.
