To migrate you must earn the national dex in both games and deliver the ruby and sapphire to celio for firered and leafgreen. Once your done with all that insert the GBA Pokemon game into the DS save the GBA game in a Pokemon center with the Pokemon you want to migrate in your PC. Choose Migrate on the DS game and follow all instructions you must choose 6 Pokemon they can never go back to the GBA game also they cannot have HM moves.
