Is shampoo bad for anal?
In a word, yes. What would happen if you shampooed your hair over and over? You would ruin it since all the natural oils would be taken out. Now imagine your anus (or their anus) which is very sensitive mucal membranes becoming really dried out. The same for your or their penis. Both of you might end up becoming really sore and in the worst event ending up in the emergency room. "You used what where?" Far better to use vaseline or some hand cream or one of those special products on the market specially for this. In any case, try a little at first to make sure it doesn't sting, burn etc.

Why it hurts when i touch the glans of my penis?
Yes the exposed glans of an intact penis can be very sensitive especially when it has not been exposed on a regular basis.however you my be confusing pain with senitivity. It is normal for the glans to be sensitive because the glans is highly enervated and protected by the foreskin. it will become less sensitive and easier to deal with over time. Both the glans and the iner mucal surface of the prepuce (foreskin) are very sensitive parts of the penis and can a first be so sensitive that hey may be difficult to handle.But how do you distinguish between hurt and sensitiveness ?Its easier to masturbate with the foreskin over the glans but does hurt (not really but the sensation is just too weird) when you touch the glans directly.
