∙ 13y agoFrom what I understand it's just a incense made from natural herbs, it comes from somewhere in China I believe, and people are now using it to get high, I wouldn't recommend it, I've herd they use some sort of pesticide on it and that's what cause the high so definatley not safe, it's only a matter of time before this starts having some serious hazardous health affects on these young people, and when this happens it will become an illegal drug and should be band in the United States if my prediction is right!
