Paganism is not a single culture, nor dose it have a language of its own. Paganism is a spiritual path followed by many people in many countries. Each group conducts their services in their own language. Most, but not all pagans have a deep respect for women in general and mothers in particular. We do not however have a single and specific word that encompasses all mothers.

To be succinct, no. Zeus, for example, certainly isn't "mother goddess" or anything like it, and if you're of the flavor of pagan that has a "huntsman" type deity, he's pretty much guaranteed to be the antithesis of "mother goddess".
