MSWord is a word-processing application, and Microsoft Office doesn't have any drawing-type applications, so I would doubt that there is a spray can. OpenOffice.org does have a built-in drawing app (OOo Draw) and the various 'parts' of OOo can work together, much better than the MSOffice 'parts' do. I would recommend looking into Inkscape http://www.inkscape.org for a very powerful, Free (FLOSS) application, which you can then import the saved images into your MSWord, if you require MSWord for this project.
