Micro Soft Paint can not have a virus, because it is not a download, install, plug-in, or a flash game. Paint is a MS program that does not need any of the the things listed.
A multicard reader is a device that connects to your computer, or is built into your computer, that allows you to read different types of memory cards. There are a few methods for doing this:UniflashUniflash is a free program that supports dumping the BIOSs from most motherboards and even some graphics cards. You will need to be able to boot from a floppy disk or a bootable USB flash drive (it runs on MS-DOS).FlashromFlashrom is a Linux program that can dump Flash chips from some Flash chips. It does not support quite as many as Uniflash, but supports more modern ones. Linux is probably also easier to boot from on modern computers than MS-DOS (you can boot MS-DOS from a CD, but then you'd have nowhere to save the files).
An SD/MMC-MS/pro card is a type of flash memory card for storing images. It can often be found in cameras.
It is possible to boot MS-DOS or Linux from a USB Flash drive, but not all computers support doing it.

See the Clear Ping and Road Runner Ping from below. I have both currently and was able to plug in and test both on the same comp within a minute of each other. However Road Runner Seems to vary between awesome and absolute crap. I have seen Road Runner be as bad as 200+ ping times reliably for days. Then some time later it magically fixes itself and no I do not torrent. I have had technicians out to my home 8 separate times. If I wasn't a hardcore gamer I would definitely choose clear over road runner.
