However, you need to consider more than just weight and height when you determine a person's health status. Someone with a bigger frame may require more weight to be healthy; someone with a tiny frame may require less weight.

According the a BMI calculator I found online, anywhere between 122lb to 160lb.

In my opinion, it isn't about weight but rather body fat percentage. You can be at a healthy weight but have no muscle and a lot of fat.

According to the guide provided by Alli, a woman that is 5'7, no matter what age, should weigh 172lbs, but I say make sure your weight is for your particular body type :)
