Brother-in-law
Your brother's wife is your sister-in-law. The English language has no relationship term for the brother of your sister-in-law. He is not considered to be related toyou, although he is your brother's brother-in-law.
Your wife's brother is your brother-in-law, but in the English-speaking world the his wife is not related to you. It is common, however, for your children to consider her to be their aunt.
Your brother to her would be a brother-in-law.
Your wife's brother's son would be your nephew...
You are your brother's wife's brother-in-law, if you are male. But your brother's wife can also have brothers-in-law who are not related to you or to your brother. They would be the husband's of the wife's sisters.
You would be 2nd cousins, assuming that the brother's wife's granddaughter is also the brother's granddaughter. If the granddaughter is not the granddaughter of the brother, there is no relationship.
Your brother's son is your nephew. His wife is your brother's daughter-in-law but is not related to you.
