Tolkien creatures are often referred to as "Middle-earth creatures" or "fantasy creatures" as they inhabit the world created by J.R.R. Tolkien in his works, such as "The Lord of the Rings" and "The Hobbit." Some notable Tolkien creatures include hobbits, elves, dwarves, orcs, ents, and dragons.
They frequently inhabit holes in rotten trees or in rotten branches of large trees. I think that is their preferred habitat.
Koalas mainly inhabit eucalyptus trees (gum trees) in Australia, but they have also been known to spend time in other native trees, such as melaleuca, callistemon and wattle trees.
