No, this was a humerous term coined from the televison animated comedy South Park. There is no such thing as a negroplasty.

"Fake" is an unpleasant term for implants. If you look at photos of her Miss America days, her breasts are considerably smaller (not small, just small'ER than they are today. A negroplasty is to make you look darker or African American. The smart a_s above is just being that, stupid. Oh well. Anyway, dhe's a beautiful girl, and nice as well, who cares if she sas implants/"augmentation". Her beauty and charm, inside and out is indisputable.

(^im sure it wasnt in that one^) it was in how to eat with your butt, and elementery school musical (with a different style) im south park is gayyou see alitter when some one liftsa flap on his hat, in the ring you see a little when mickey mouse shots him with a k.o. dart. that's all i got You also see Kyle's hair in the episode where he gets Negroplasty, a surgery that makes him look like a tall, black, basketball player. (Note: This post is not meant to be offensive to anyone of the African-American race. I am purely posting the name of the surgery as per what the show calls it.)
