An atom is composed of these sub particles: protons, nuetron, and electrons. Inside the nucleus there are protons (positively charges) and nuetrons(nuetrally charges). Ouside of the atom's nucleaus are electrons (negatively charged). An atom is said to be nuetrally charged if there are the same number of protons and electrons.

Neutrons are the subatomic particle in atoms that are electrically neutral. This is in contrast with protons, which are positively charged, and electrons, which are negatively charged. Protons and electrons are primarily responsible for the chemical properties of atoms (bonding properties, etc.).

The neutral part of an atom are subatomic particles called neutrons. You may be familiar with the other subatomic particles that compose an atom, such as protons and electrons.

However, the term neutron may be misleading because there are hypotheses that claim neutrons are more like a dumbbell with a positive end and negative end, resulting in an overall neutral charge. Also, some have compared it to an onion, having positive and negative layers

The atom is made up of three parts, the neutrons, electrons, and protons. The neutrons and protons are located in the nucleus of the atom (center structure), while the electrons circle the nucleus. The neutrons do not have a charge and therefore are known as the neutral part of the atom, while protons are positively charged and electrons are negatively charged.

an electrically neutral atom is just an atom. Atoms with more or fewer electrons (negatively charged) compared with their protons (which determines the element) are considered ions.

Assuming you mean neutral atoms, they're atoms with no net charge, ie. they have an equal number of protons and electrons.
