The bosses that show in the bar before you select yes or no to continue your game are drowsy, groudon, luxio tribe, duskinor, primal dialga, wigglytuff's guild, froslass, gyarados, palkia, the regi's, and darkria. You also have to fight mesprit, grovyle, and two outlaws, but their pretty easy if your a high enough level and you have some reviver seeds and oran berries. :)
There is no TM "Drowsy" in any Pokemon games. You maybe thinking of the move "Yawn" that makes the target drowsy in one turn, and makes them fall asleep the next. However, this move is not available via TM or Move Tutor either. There is a Pokemon named Drowzee also.
palkia comes 2 Ur room 1 nite after u have the dream from cresselia and takes u there you start having the cressila dream then the next tight you get it again then azurril gets caught in a nightmare then you have to find drousey ( the first villan u caught in the game) in a dungeon then he will go back to the guild then he will let you and your partner store up for the trip ( he will make you go in azzurills nightmare when Ur ready) then you finish the nightmare dungeon and at the end cressila is there and she starts attacking then you hear drousy again then cressila runs away then you see drowsy then you sleep that night and PALKIA BRINGS YOU TO THE SPECIAL RUFT AND TRIES TO ATTACK YOU then you fall and you land right in front of the dungeon
