Cinema 3D is LG's name for their 3D television. It doesn't make any difference with another television because it's only used by LG.

It features half resolution images with 540 lines to each eye rather than full 1080 resolution. Standard definition reached 576 lines almost fifty years ago so 540 lines is disappointing to say the least.

It has borrowed the technology from movie theater 3D system in use more than twenty years ago.

It uses cheap glasses and you can use movie theater disposable glasses if you wish.

What is the purpose of voltage difference?

'Voltage' is simply another word for 'potential difference' so, clearly, there is no such thing as a 'voltage difference' because it would mean 'potential difference difference' which doesn't make any sense! So, if your question really means, 'What is the purpose of a voltage?', then the answer is that a voltage is necessary to drive current through a circuit.
