Well that depends on what you mean. In Episode 1, he is a Padawan. In Episode 2 he is a Knight. And after Anakin Skywalker becomes a Knight, Obi-Wan then becomes a Jedi Master. And both Obi-Wan and Anakin served as a General during the Clone Wars
