0
4.0L inline 6 motors need 6 quarts of oil. The V8 motors only require 5 quarts. Check your owners manual, it should tell you there.

∙ 15y agoIt is about 6 quarts with a new filter for the 4.0 L inline 6 engine. I dont know about the 4.7 L.
